The last regular season power rankings are here. Sub-district and district games start next week with the state tournament set for Oct. 12th-14th in Hastings. The fall season always seems to go by so fast.
These rankings are based on a computer formula. This isn’t a coaches poll or Prepfastpitch.com staff vote. We plug in the game scores and the computer figures out the rankings. We don’t do any adjustments for the margin of victory. Winning against better teams helps you the most and losing against worse teams hurts. Over time, the best start to rise to the top.
