Class B Power Rankings
Class B Power Rankings

Wahoo is solidly at the top of the Class B Power Rankings. The Warriors are 14-0, the only remaining undefeated team in Class B. They continued to roll this week with wins over Crete, Waverly, Ashland-Greenwood, and Bennington by an average of 8.5 runs per game.

While Wahoo may have solidified the top spot, the rest of Class B behind them is wide open. Teams are moving up and down every week as more teams play each other. Blair continues to rattle off wins, winning 13 of their last 14 games. The Bears move up one spot to #2 while Scottsbluff, previously number two, falls to #8. The Bearcats dropped three games this week, after starting the season 7-0.

Northwest is at #3 and Omaha Roncalli makes a move up to #4 while Seward rounds out the top 5 this week.

Teams new to the poll this week are O’Neill, Columbus Lakeview, GICC, and Bennington.

Reminder, these rankings are based on a computer formula. This isn’t a coaches poll or Prepfastpitch.com staff vote. We plug in the game scores and the computer figures out the rankings. We don’t do any adjustments for the margin of victory. Winning against better teams helps the most and can boost your rankings the quickest. Over time, the best start to rise to the top.
